Roman Park Community Hall
On May 2021 we started working on building the Roman Park Hall in Berryfields Parish, Aylesbury. This long-awaited community facility is offering a variety of spaces for hire, meeting rooms, outdoor space ideal for parties, a hall for inside events up to 200 people, providing a much needed quality facility for the local community. The project is has been successfully completed mid April 2022, within budget and agreed timelines. This project is a major accomplishment for our company and we are looking forward to continue building with and for communities across London and the South East.

Central London 3 floors office refurbishment
We started by adding protection to the staircase and communal floor areas as a site prep, followed through with stripping out the steel plates, carpet and wooden floor across the 3 floor offices in order to lay new under floor electrics. We then proceeded to install new ceiling lighting, including emergency lighting, PIR sensors, smoke detection and fire signage, according to the new office layout. Building the acoustic partition stud walls between meeting rooms was the next step, and it continued with installing new flooring, installing new office kitchen units and plumbing and culminated with all offices decoration.
Rear extension for a family home in Finchley
The project was the removal of an old conservatory, and the building of a new combined kitchen and extension. Once the old conservatory was removed, the foundation work started, alongside re-routing the drain pipes according to new drawing plans. Next steps included building new solid floor, the walls, the beams, windows and doors, finish and plaster internal walls, lay electric underfloor heating, re-wire and install new electric and plumbing fixtures, finish painting and install new kitchen appliances. Although there were minor issues with the local authority, our team mitigated the problem and liaised directly with the council. All work was carried according to the architect drawings, structure engineer calculation and complying with all Building Regulations.
Croydon home gets a brand new roof

Each roofing replacement project includes a meticulous post-roofing inspection to ensure the replacement was done correctly and that it meets complete customer satisfaction. On this project, we used clay tiles as they are more durable than concrete tiles.
